We're planning to spend $80 mil to topple Raul Castro? $80mil of my money towards groups bent on knocking out a 75 year old man who will rule a tiny island?
Believe what you will about Cuba, are you really willing to pay that bill?
I might add that the fact that our government mentions this sort of program without thinking twice just adds to the anti-American discourse of people like Chavez who count on the US to try and knock out other government's it doesn't like.
80 mil - and we don't know a single piece of info about Chavez, his whereabouts, or anything. Amazing. You could green light backpackers for $5 grand a year and at least have an idea of what is going on on the island. Maybe I should start a cadre . . . I have always wanted to check out those beaches!
